Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined in this document.

2. Two Distinct Cases: Change of Mind vs. Defective Product

  • Change of Mind (Right of Withdrawal): You can return your order without providing a reason. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Non-Conforming Product: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you purchased, please let us know explicitly. This case is processed under the legal warranty at no shipping cost to you, and we will proceed with a repair, replacement, or refund.

3. Time Frame

You have 1 calendar day from the date you receive your order to request a return.

4. Requirements for Returned Products

  • The product must be returned unused, with its original tags, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

  • If we detect signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, a proportional reduction may be applied to your refund.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for the following products unless there is a manufacturing defect:

  • Intimate or personal hygiene products with the seal removed

Given their nature, we also do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order items

6. How to Initiate the Return Process

Before sending the product back, please notify us of your intent to return it through our contact form or by writing to us at info@maisonalira.com.

Please include your order number; stating the reason is optional and cannot be required as a condition.

Note: Wait for our confirmation before sending the package. We will then provide you with shipping instructions.

8. Refund Processing and Timeline

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you by email whether your return has been accepted or rejected. If approved, we will refund the amount to the original payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 20 days.
